Choosing your engagement and wedding rings is not an easy task! After all, these are probably the most emotionally significant jewellery purchases you will ever make. At Lance James Jewellery, we hope to create a relaxed but informed atmosphere in which you make your choice the right choice.

We aim to provide today's discerning customer with a refreshing choice of contemporary jewellery collections. Featuring elegant and innovative jewellery from both British and European workshops, including Christian Bauer and Bicego, Lance James seeks to provide something for everyone.

And if you cannot find exactly what you're looking for, Lance excels in translating your ideas into stunning reality. By approaching each project in his own inimitable and approachable style, Lance works closely with each customer, combining their ideas with his technical know-how. Together, you can create something very special in our on-site workshop.

Lance's own designs include the infamous "Dog's Bo**ox" cufflinks which have been featured in three national men's magazines. Perfect for the best man!

After gaining several years' experience at one of the top London designer galleries in Soho, Lance left in 1997 to set up Lance James Jewellery in Brentwood. Visit us in Crown Street (opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5.30pm).

Graduating in Jewellery at the Kent Institute of Art and Design, Lance worked in Soho for one of the West End 's leading contemporary jewellers. Decided to go it alone and set up Lance James in Brentwood in 1997.

Antony

Was persuaded by Lance to leave his job as a Bar Manager to become an apprentice Jeweller! Attended a course in Diamond Mounting at the London Metropolitan University . Spent three years training at Lance James Brentwood and in May 2004, he launched Lance James II in Chelmsford.

Julia

The oil that makes the Lance James operation work. Office Manager, Accountant and a shoulder to lean on.

Jackie

Graduated from the Kent Institute of Art and Design training as a Silversmith ( Known as a 'tin basher' in the trade) where she met Lance. Spent 10 years honing her craft in Hatton Garden : including Jewellery production, Gem and Bullion supply. Joined Lance James Brentwood in April 2004 and the plan is for her to launch Lance James III soon.
