We are the County’s leading outdoor Boot Camp offering over 200 sessions per month. We are not a course of 6 or 8 weeks, we operate our sessions all year around as we believe fitness ambitions and weight issues cannot be addressed (long term) in a 8 week time slot, it’s a life style choice! Over 70% of our members attend our sessions as an alternative to the gym.
