We are very much a family business with a long history, dating back to 1920, when a service from High Easter to Chelmsford was operated, using a converted Model T Ford, this service is still running today using a more modern vehicle.

Today Lodge Coaches are a leading operator in the county of Essex, having received numerous awards for our brochures and coaches both new & vintage.

Our success is founded on providing high quality service.

Our fleet includes three vintage coaches all beautifully restored and available to hire for weddings. There are also two other ongoing projects on a 1954 Bedford Duple C4 29 seater and a 1935 WTL Bedford Duple 20 seater.
